1. What are the available payment methods?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay the total amount of your order to the courier upon receiving your books.

2. How long does delivery take?

We aim to get your favorite books to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days across Egypt. We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time.

3. Can I inspect the books before paying?

Yes, you are welcome to check the quality and condition of your books upon delivery before handing the payment to the courier.

4. How can I track my order?

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

We strive for the highest quality. If you receive a damaged book or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange immediately.

6. Do you have a physical bookstore?

Rich Books is an online-only bookstore. We deliver our curated collection directly to your door, anywhere in Egypt.
