• Before You Pay: You are welcome to open your package and inspect the condition of your books in the presence of the courier.
• Our Guarantee: If you find any damage or a defect with the books, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
• Simple & Easy: Simply hand the package back to the courier and contact our support team via WhatsApp, and we will handle it immediately.
